How much do you spend on advertising each week? Month? Year? Are you using print, voice, or visuals to get your products in front of new people?
This year we are changing our strategy. We are looking for new ways to impress and inspire our customers by putting our dollars into their hands. We have a fair amount of traffic in our store, and we believe we can increase it by the way we share with our customers.
Our goal this year is to share something new with everyone who enters the store. We have added several new products since attending the VDTA Show, and it has actually changed the concept
As an incentive for our customers and ourselves, we are offering the chance to win "DEMO DOLLARS." Customers are asked to give us a few moments of their time and rate one of our vacuums after a brief demonstration. Our simple survey asks for their name, phone number, and email address. They are also asked to rate the machine on a scale from 1 – 10 and share what feature impressed them the most.
Each survey is entered into a drawing for a monthly $25 in-store gift certificate and will later be placed in an additional drawing at the end of the year for a $200 in-store gift certificate. The total for a year's worth of DEMO DOLLARS is $500 retail. It's an easy introduction that gives you more information about what the customer is thinking and the possibility of an instant or future reward.
