On-line orders are not automatically processed. We manually verify membership status and order accuracy prior to processing your credit card. We check to see if you have selected the correct category for registration and membership. If you have registered under an incorrect category you will be called and you may be charged additional fees. If you have made an error in your membership or convention on-line purchase please contact us as soon as possible so we can change the order before processing.
Refunds for Convention Attendee Registration are given as follows: (Does not include exhibitor booth rental)
- 12 months to 6 months from date of payment, full refund for registration fees.
- Under six months no refund will be given for any reason.
Membership registration fees refund:
- One year to 11 months from date of payment, full refund
- Under 11 months from date of payment, no refund will be given for any reason.
