Norm has been repairing machines for 34 years. He has estimated that means he has repaired approximately 20,000 sewing machines. He is a Husqvarna "Gold Star" certified technician, which is their highest level of training. He has given service classes at their National Convention and has trained technicians in their own stores as well as his own store. Norm currently services machines for approximately 10 stores from Florida to Maine and has had customers bring him their machines from as far away as Hawaii. Norm’s grandfather started his family in this business, he is the third generation doing it.
