Industry News Kirby Distributor Service introduces Mark Johnson as new general manager The Kirby Distributor Service Center, located in Cleveland, OH, introduces Mark Johnson as its new general manager. Johnson comes to Kirby DSC with more than 15 years of industrial B-to-B marketing, sales and operations experience. His most recent position was with IDEX Corporation where he served as director of global marketing and business development for the Air-Operated Pump Group of companies. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in distributor relations including field sales and voice of customer information gathering and project management skills as well as extensive experience in global sales, new product development and business development.
