Blueair introduces E-Series air purifier line

Blueair E-SeriesBlueair, well-known manufacturer of premium Swedish designed, portable air purifiers, has expanded its assortment with the new E-Series air purifiers, a line of electronic air purifiers that includes a digital display screen and handy remote control.

The new E-Series air purifiers include the 250E (for rooms up to 198 square feet), 550E (for rooms up to 560 square feet) and the 650E (for rooms up to 620 square feet).

The E-Series air purifiers effectively remove indoor air pollutants and gives your customer the power to manage their indoor air quality with a handy remote control that can be used from a distance of up to 20 feet. These new air purifier units effectively remove 99.97 percent of particles as small as .01 micron in size from the air including mold spores, pet dander, dust mites, pollen and odors from smoke, pets and cooking.

Features/benefits of the Blueair E-Series includes:

  • Three-Stage Air Filtration using Blueair’s patented HEPASilent™ filtration technology that combines mechanical and electrostatic filtration to remove up to 99.97 percent of airborne contaminants.
  • High Efficiency Filters: Patented HepaSilent Technology generally provides higher filtration performance than other air purifiers, trapping up to six times more particles.
  • Certified Performance: AHAM certified with some of the highest Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADR) on the market.
  • Convenient Remote Control: Operates all functions of the unit from a distance of up to 20 feet.
  • Energy-Efficient Operation: Units are Energy Star qualified using up to 35 percent less energy than comparable units.
  • Replace Filter Indicator: Electronically tells the owner when to replace their filter.
  • How to use the digital display and remote:
  • Press the green POWER key to turn the unit on/off.
  • Auto Mode. The unit is automatically running on its highest speed for five minutes after it is turned on to provide fast, initial cleaning of the air and then switches to Auto Mode.
  • Press the SPEED key to regulate operating speed manually. Use speed 1 for nighttime use, speed 2 for daytime use and speeds 3 and 4 for fast, initial cleaning of larger rooms.
  • On Time. Choose a time in 30-minute intervals from 30 minutes to eight hours of cleaning time.
  • Off Time. Choose a time interval when you want the unit to turn itself off.
  • Electronic Particle Sensor is a built-in sensor that determines whether the amount of airborne particles are above or below the acceptable limit. The digital display has a happy face when the particle levels are kept in check and a sad face when the operating speeds should be increased.
  • Electronic Gas Sensor is a built-in sensor that detects gaseous contaminants such as smoke, exhaust fumes, formaldehyde and unusual cooking odors. A happy/sad face on the display guides the user.
