Roadway Yellow Integration

You’ve probably heard that Roadway and Yellow Transportation have combined to form one operating company named Yellow Roadway. As a Roadway customer, you will continue to get your Roadway discounts through the VDTA/SDTA Freight Savings Plan. The integration of the companies will be phased in over the next 18 months so don’t be surprised if either a Yellow or Roadway truck shows up.

As the two networks combine, shippers can look forward to a comprehensive portfolio of services. The combined company will simplify your shipping experience and offer more reliable, faster transit times. There will also be opportunity for the combined company to grow and expand its array of services. Velocity Network™ changes introduced in July have already provided increased speed and reliability.

By designing networks with fewer miles, the changes also fit with ongoing proactive environmental efforts. These network enhancements will continue to be developed by Yellow Roadway.
