New PFAFF® PERFORMANCE™ 2058 sewing machine offers features that turn sewing dreams into reality

SVP Worldwide, owner of PFAFF®, announced the introduction of its new PERFORMANCE™ 2058 sewing machine. Avid sewers looking for the most comprehensive set of sewing-focused features in a top-of-the-line machine will embrace new features such as Stitch Creator and additional 9mm stitches, as well as the existing large high resolution touch screen and 241 available stitches.

• Stitch Creator: Customize stitches directly on the touch screen with the new Stitch Creator only available from PFAFF. Sewers can now combine existing decorative stitches or create and save new decorative stitches with 30 new memories. While enjoying these stitches, sewers can now program the automatic presser foot lift directly on the touch screen to raise the presser foot to a low, medium or high position depending upon the fabric. The presser foot will raise automatically when sewing stops.
• Large High Resolution Touch Screen: On the high resolution touch screen, sewers will see what will be sewn before it is sewn out. With a light touch of the stylus, programs, sewing functions and stitches can be viewed directly on the touch screen where the many options can be adjusted or mirrored, horizontally or vertically.
• Stitch Package: The 241 included utility and decorative stitches with four alphabets provide versatility for overlock, satin, quilt, hem, cross, utility, decorative and hand look quilt stitches. Sewers will especially like the 9mm wide satin stitches or scallops.

Even fabric feed from both the top and bottom is guaranteed with the PFAFF Original IDT™ system. During sewing, the fabric is fed simultaneously from both the top and bottom.

Absolutely nothing can slip when working with fine fabrics of several layers. IDT™ system available on the new PERFORMANCE 2058 sewing machine is wonderful for quilting because piecing and quilt blocks will match exactly. Even long lengths of heavy fabrics (typically for home decorating projects) can easily be sewn from beginning to end.
