Dalco Home Sew offers new Crystal Appliqué Kits

Capitalizing on the popularity of crystals, Dalco Home Sew is now offering a new collection of precut appliqué designs with matching crystal transfer sheets to allow your customers to create beautiful appliqués that can be used on apparel, quilts, or home decorative items.

The appliqués range from approximately three to 10 inches in size and are made from a variety of materials including twill and suede. The crystal transfer sheet is placed over the appliqué and the two pieces can be heat sealed to fabric using a hand iron set on the cotton setting for 25 to 45 seconds using moderate pressure. This holds the appliqué firmly in place while a zigzag, satin, or other decorative stitch is sewn around the border with a regular sewing machine.

Crystal appliqué designs include a teddy bear, butterfly, three dolphins, flamingo, frog, koala bear, peacock, pumpkin, and a snowman. Check the Web site often for the release of new designs. Designs come packaged individually. They are ideal for dressing up sweatshirts, jackets, aprons, jeans, tote bags, purses, and more.
