2009 Las Vegas Convention Review

Tri-Technical Systems recaps 2009 Show

Tri-Technical Systems, a leading developer of POS and business software for retailers for 25 years, made contact with several excellent prospects for its flagship product, AIMsi, at the VDTA/SDTA 2009 Convention. Many existing users also stopped by the booth to introduce themselves and demo new features of AIMsi.

“The response to our product by vacuum and sewing dealers has been very positive and we received many compliments on our customer support from existing users,” said Greg Cox, EVP of Operations at Tri-Tech. “We pride ourselves on being an innovative company and providing excellent customer service is something we continuously strive for.”

Tri-Tech also made contact with several suppliers who will be providing data for those AIMsi customers who would like to use the Business to Business (B2B) component of AIMsi and Active-e. Active-e is Tri-Tech’s web hosting and e-commerce package that contains B2B, Consumer to Business (C2B) and shopping cart features. Active-e integrates with AIMsi in order to provide a complete solution for the vacuum and sewing retailer. The B2B component contains a direct connection to participating suppliers’ host computers for looking up product, verifying pricing, downloading new product and generating purchase orders. All this is done electronically within the AIMsi application.
