Store owners find “Different” & “Value” in Sylvia Sewing Furniture & LauraStar Ironing Systems

LauraStar ironing systems is a home-version of a professional ironing system. With a patented twice heated steam system, pressing with “dry” steam does not dampen the clothes nor allow them to re-wrinkle once it’s removed from the board. At the show, dealers saw two ironing systems -- the iS5 and the S4. Combined with an active board (it blows and vacuums) and the steam of the iron makes pressing a breeze. The steam leaves the boiler at 350 degrees. When it gets to the iron, it’s cooler having traveled through a long hose. LauraStar has a patented baffling system (not just a heated soleplate) to bring the steam back up to its original temperature. That’s what makes LauraStar different. The G4 is the generator-only model priced lower than the Systems for those customers who still want awesome steam but are more budget-minded.
