2009 Las Vegas Convention Review Juki America, Inc. recaps 2009 VDTA/SDTA Show Submitted by Juki America, Inc. This year we found the VDTA/SDTA Show to be very advantageous as we introduced our new HZL-F Series Machines for the first time. We had the opportunity to exhibit these exciting new models along with our existing line. Our present customers as well as newcomers were extremely receptive and we felt that they had a newly defined confidence in our company efforts and our products. We look forward to growing with our dealers as our line expands with great products like the F-Series. The new F-Series computerized models are:
The F-Series was developed with the same engineering as the Juki commercial machines used in sewing plants around the world. They provide professional results with a large variety of patterns and stitches including decorative, utility and alphabet. The dealers visiting our booth were particularly impressed with the industrial style button holes, the overall stitch quality and the exclusive automatic thread trimming by foot pedal, in addition to push button trimming. Other features are the large LCD display (33mm x 66mm), large work surface (8” w x 12-1/4” l), easy threading, auto needle threading, a precision feeding system and exclusive bobbin winder. The excellent power of the machines was evident when sewing multiple layers of denim or quilting with the walking foot or quilting foot. There was also increased attention to our efficient MO serger line and the existing HZL line of machines that have grown in popularity due to the exceptional Juki stitch quality and durability. The TL-98Q is always a quilting favorite and received rave reviews. Juki Sergers shown were:

Overall, we found the traffic a little slower than previous years, but there was very high dealer interest in our booth. It was considered a very successful show for us and the exposure we received was excellent. Reprinted from SQE Professional, May 2009 |
