Raycop launches first anti-bacterial vac

Handheld vac’s unique system fights bacteria & allergens while cleaning

Click for larger imageRaycop revolutionary handheld anti-bacterial vacuum cleaning system, part of the Earlex® brands, is designed to provide a unique attack to eliminate bacteria such as E. Coli and reduce the allergens that aggravate or lead to symptoms of asthma, other allergies and dermatitis. This new, easy-to-use system utilizes UVC technology and works on most household fabric surfaces including mattresses, sofas, chairs, futons, crib pads, bedding, pillows and curtains.

With the ability to kill 99.9 percent of bacteria and also help remove millions of dust mites that live within an average U.S. household’s bed, Raycop allows the user to quickly clean away things that are unseen, but harmful. The high-level cleaning system works in a first-ever combination. First, the system sterilizes the surface and what is on it with a UVC germicidal lamp. Raycop releases the dust mites and their waste with a special built-in vibrating pad. The final part of the cleaning process uses a 3M Micro Allergy Filtration system to prevent the allergens and debris from returning back into the air.

“This revolutionary new product ensures a much cleaner, bacteria-free area for surfaces that families use every day,” said Ian Mullaney, CEO of Earlex. “Raycop brings a new level of clean to the home that will positively impact the health of children and adults and eliminate things that constantly contribute to repetitive illnesses, allergies, asthma and other serious problems.”

Raycop’s unique process provides the most complete handheld cleaning system available for allergy and asthma sufferers. Raycop is the first product of its kind to receive the globally recognized British Allergy Foundation Seal of Approval. In the United States, an estimated 20 million people are asthma sufferers and allergies affect an estimated 40-50 million people, leading to chronic healthcare needs and issues such as missed work and school days.
