Wincor Inc. Offers New Dealer Incentive in Conjunction with VDTA Show

Since its introduction four years ago, TORNADOPOWER Central Vacuum Maintenance Cloths have generated over $1 million in new revenue for the central vacuum industry.

A recent article in the January edition of VDTA magazine profiled four no-risk ways dealers are increasing profits with TORNADOPOWER Cloths:

1. Adding the TORNADOPOWER® Central Vacuum Maintenance Cloths to every new system sold.
2. Distributing Wincor Inc.'s e-newsletter, the Power Paper, to everyone in the organization.
3. Educating and allowing employees to participate in TORNADOPOWER® Sales contests.
4. Creating and advertising a central vacuum in-home pipe cleaning and maintenance package.

Lisa Corwin of Wincor Inc. said that although she is pleased that TORNADOPOWER has brought so much benefit to the industry so far, the company has set its sights even higher for 2010.

"We have designated 2010 as 'The Year of TORNADO-POWER,' she said. "And we have set a goal to add another $2 million in revenues to the industry this year."

Today, more than 400 central vacuum dealers across North America are selling TORNADOPOWER cloths. Corwin said that if existing dealers sell just over 400 canisters then their 2010 goal will be met. But she adds that the company also expects to add several new dealerships in 2010, a move which will undoubtedly help increase their numbers.

"It's amazing to think, but it wasn't that long ago that no one was aware of TORNADOPOWER cloths and what the product could do for their profits, "said Corwin. "Many of our best dealers first learned about the product at a VDTA Show, so to promote the product in conjunction with the industry's largest informational meeting only makes sense."

Corwin said in conjunction with this year's VDTA Show, the company is offering a new dealer incentive package. Any new dealer who signs up at the show, and places a minimum order of one case (12 canisters) of TORNADOPOWER with a reseller of their choice, will receive the following value-added benefits at no charge:

• Six free trial packs (6 cloths per package)
• One laminated dirty cloth (very valuable marketing tool)
• One complimentary, live web based sales training
