Sani-Shield® & Sani-Scrub® provide “organic” barriers on which bacteria will not grow

Unelko Corporation has announced a major breakthrough in surface cleaning technology that will impact the way establishments clean surfaces. Unveiling a new category in the cleaning industry, Sani-Shield and Sani-Scrub products deep-clean and form an “organic” protective barrier on surfaces on which bacteria, mold and mildew will not grow.

A study conducted at the University of Maine showed that “The Five-Second Rule” -- the idea that food is “safe” if it rests on a contaminated surface for less than five seconds -- does not exist. Food dropped on a contaminated surface instantly picked up more than 10,000 bacteria per square centimeter. No matter how often surfaces are cleaned, sanitized or disinfected, dirt, grime and surface-contact germs can re-contaminate surfaces within seconds of cleaning them.

While many other products claim to kill germs, consumers are unaware that these claims are deceptive and the benefit these products provide is a momentary one-time “kill,” without any ongoing protection against re-contamination or re-soiling.
