Filtropur introduces the Envirolite

A new generation in vacuums

Filtropur, a division of FVS, Inc., founded in 1986, is proud to announce that it has recently designed and is manufacturing its own brand of vacuum cleaner that will be branded as Envirolite. It will be the first vertical cone-conic bagless upright. The Envirolite is a powerful two-motor upright, offering the lightweight convenience of a 12 lb. upright to the consumer. Most importantly, though, it provides a more efficient method of dirt collection through its vertical cone-conic design.

Besides utilizing cyclonic action to separate the dust from the air, it will incorporate three different filter mediums to ensure a greater entrapment of particles. The first is a pre-filter cone and the second is a pre-motor pleated cartridge filter. The third is a post-motor sealed HEPA filter, only allowing 99.97 percent clean, filtered air to return to the room.

The prominent design feature of the Envirolite is that, as illustrated below, it always maintains the canister in a complete, vertical position when the vacuum is in its “in use” position as it is pushed and maneuvered across a floor space. Most cyclonic vacuums have the handle portion attached to the canister and, in an operational mode, the angle of the canister is changed from an approximate vertical position toward a horizontal position, rendering the vacuum less efficient.

In addition to the lightweight design and improved cleaning efficiency, the Envirolite offers many other features to the consumer. A few of them are:
• The roller brush sleeves can easily be removed for cleaning or disposal.
• Incorporates a non-marring moving bumper that opens a slot to collect dust at the base boards or the edges of furniture that are typically difficult to reach.
• The handle folds down when the vacuum is not in use so, when stored, will only occupy the lower space of a closet.
• 10/5-year warranty

The Envirolite brand will include a full-line of upright vacuums, consisting of the Envirolite Standard 1000 model, the Envirolite + 2000 model with on-board hose and attachments and the Envirolite Commercial 2000 C, designed with heavier wiring and construction for commercial use.

The Envirolite vacuum line will only be sold through specialty stores, where the dealers have been trained in the proper use and service of Envirolite. Filtropur will enact a strict Internet policy and will strongly recommend to consumers that they should only purchase Envirolite through a specialty store that is an authorized Envirolite dealer, ensuring them the best possible service.
