The Vacguy.com “cleans up” the competition!

Jim Harvey, owner of The Vacguy.com in Ogden, UT, entered a whole new realm of business two years ago.  Jim has been involved in the specialty construction and central vacuum industry for years, and found M.D. Manufacturing at the Las Vegas VDTA Show in February 2005. Since that time The Vacguy.com has literally “cleaned up” the competition!  Jim immediately saw the uniqueness and high quality of M.D. and has utilized it, resulting in great success and business growth.

Jim and his staff have had amazing growth over the past two years due to their professionalism, expertise, motivation, and the fact that they truly establish great relationships with their customers. The staff at The Vacguy.com cares about those they interact with. As a result Jim and his crew earned the Rookie Dealer of the Year Award for their first year.  Jim stated that they have doubled their central vacuum sales since partnering with M.D. Manufacturing! 

Recently M.D. Manufacturing received a call from Jim stressing how amazing the M.D. staff is all the way from customer service through the shipping department. Jim had a large order he needed to place and have shipped immediately. Although it was past cutoff times for shipping, Customer Service Representative Chely Boozer and Operations Manager Brian Graves coordinated the effort to get things accomplished.  The shipping department willingly took on the challenge and fulfilled the request in addition to their already busy workload. Jim stated he has never worked with a company so willing to assist and support his business. He graciously thanked M.D. Manufacturing for being a vital part of his success.
