For this type of work, you need a special stabilizer that will support the fabric while stitching, but once you’re done, you want the stabilizer to go away. With Dissolve Magic Stabilizer, the latest in the new Magic Range line of Jenny Haskins stabilizers offered by RNK Distributing, you can sew on sheer and delicate fabrics such as netting with professional-looking results. This specialty stabilizer offers the stability of a true woven but completely rinses away with water leaving only a soft, embroidered design behind.

This woven water-soluble stabilizer is perfect for creating stand-alone embroidery, perfect laces, and even appliqués. Once the embroidery is finished, you trim away the excess and use a spray bottle to wet the remaining stabilizer until it has completely dissolved. It comes in handy 12-inch by 12-yard rolls.
