Great for twirling ~ new skirts from Favorite Things. They’ve recently introduced Hip Skirts (#V030) and Little Hip Skirts (#L007).

These patterns can be used to make a simple, pull on skirt, with bias waistband that fits on the hips and has three different versions: Four panel full circle skirt with option to make it double layered, an ‘A line’ button skirt and ten panel pleated skirt. All versions have the option of belt and belt loops.
