'Wincor Inc. to unveil new CVAC TRACKER Program at 2008 VDTA Show
At the upcoming 2008 VDTA Show in Las Vegas, NV, representatives of Wincor Inc. will be showcasing CVAC TRACKER, Wincor’s newest product.
It’s well documented that the peace of mind that a service agreement provides leads to more satisfied customers. In addition, a well-executed preventative maintenance program can add a recurring revenue stream and deliver additional profits for central vac dealers. With this in mind, Wincor Inc. announces CVAC TRACKER, a new customer relationship management system aimed at helping central vac dealers quickly and easily build the service side of their business.
With CVAC TRACKER, Wincor Inc. will record a central vac dealer’s service agreements in a dealer database. Wincor Inc. will maintain the database for the dealer, even sending mailings to both the customer and the dealer to remind them of upcoming service appointments and/or deadlines.
“CVAC TRACKER is basically a turnkey customer service program,” said Lisa Corwin of Wincor Inc. “It’s a great solution for those who don’t feel they have the time, or the expertise, to manage a database of customers. With this system, there’s no software to load or learn, and we take care of the usual hassles -- customer list maintenance, direct mailings, etc. -- so that the dealer can concentrate on signing and servicing its customers.”
Representatives of Wincor Inc. will be on hand at Booth #140 at the VDTA Show to discuss CVAC TRACKER in more detail, as well as to showcase its popular TORNADOPOWER Central Vacuum Maintenance Cloths. Those not attending the VDTA Show are encouraged to contact the company direct at sales@wincorinc.com for more information.
