Management restructured at Euro-Pro
Euro-Pro has announced a series of management changes. According to the company, Mark Rosenzweig, the company’s co-CEO has decided to resign from his position as a board member. He will remain as the co-CEO to facilitate the transition of the business and affairs of the company over the next four months to new executives of the company. According to a statement released by the company, Rosenzweig has agreed to provide transition consulting services to the company for an additional eight months thereafter.
The company further announced that Stan Rosenzweig has decided to resign from his position as co-CEO, president and board member. He also has agreed to provide transition services to the company. Additionally, the company announced that Aviva Rosenzweig and Max Rosenzweig, each of whom held executive vp titles with the company, have announced their retirements from those posts. Both will provide transition services to the company.
Euro-Pro has retained the global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal, LLC, to work with the company’s management and new board.
The company does not expect these changes to disrupt the ongoing operations and administration of the business.
