H-P Products sponsors Central Vacuum & Hide-A-Hose Installation Training Seminar

Ensuring your customer’s satisfaction with their central vacuum system starts with professional installation and service. A system that is installed properly will reduce callbacks, minimize service calls, increase overall satisfaction of the product and result in a higher volume of recommendations for both the dealer and the product.

At this year’s VDTA Convention, H-P Products is offering exclusive access to its installation training program through a one-day seminar instructed by H-P Field Trainer, Chris Slackford.

Slackford is dedicated to traveling all over the country to help dealers and installers maximize their installation efficiency and profit margins.

He will lead participants through an actual installation utilizing the Hide-A-Hose hose management system and give them the tools and tips they will need to perform a professional central vacuum install.

The seminar will cover the tools of the trade and proper planning techniques. During the installation planning phase, Slackford will give tips on how to best determine inlet valve, tubing and power unit location. ASTM Standards and Building Code regulations will also be covered.

Next, during the rough-in phase, Slackford will cover the proper way to install Hide-A-Hose inlet valves and tubing raceway drops. The seminar ends with the finishing phase where participants will learn how to run the trunk line and low-voltage wire, finish the valves and test the system for performance.

This comprehensive seminar is a must for any central vacuum installer. Whether you are new to central vacs or just want to learn more about Hide-A-Hose installation techniques, you are sure learn something new at H-P Products’ Installation and Service Seminar.
