LINDHAUS USA introduces the world’s first stain cloaking solution
Like something right out of Star Trek®, LINDHAUS USA is using stealth cloaking technology to render stains invisible.
Red dye stains are considered the toughest of all stains to remove from carpets. Not anymore thanks to a breakthrough achievement from Lindhaus’s Pure Power cleaning solutions newest addition “Dye Out.”
Instead of attempting to remove the stain, Dye Out cloaks the stain and renders it invisible. While that may sound impossible, it is really a very straightforward process when you possess the technology.
We see different colors because light travels in the form of a wave. There are three things that can happen to a light wave. It can be reflected, absorbed, or transmitted.
We only see reflected light waves. The human eye and brain together translate light into color. Receptors within the eye transmit messages to the brain, which produces the familiar sensations of color.
Color is not inherent in objects. Rather, the surface of an object reflects some colors and absorbs all the others. We see only the reflected colors.
Thus, red is not "in" the dye. The surface of the stain is reflecting the wave lengths we see as red and absorbing all the rest.
When light waves are absorbed there is nothing for us to see. Red dye appears red because it reflects the red wavelength. The same is true with all other colors.
By breaking off very specific atoms from the dye molecule you can change it from a reflector to an absorber of the light wave and turn the stain invisible.
Because dyes are created specifically for the purpose of creating color, this process is difficult. In the past we would attempt to remove dye stains by the heat transfer method. This usually would only provide limited levels of success. Worse yet, whatever was not transferred became “Heat Set” and bonded permanently to the fibers. Using Dye Out will not set stains even if your customers use it with the assistance of heat. This means the process may be repeated over and over until success is achieved.
While Dye Out cannot guarantee a 100 percent success rate with dye stains it does represent the best possible success rate of any dye stain remover on the market today. It is 300 percent more successful than the heat transfer method. When you consider that this is the last option that home owners have before replacing their carpets you can see just how easy this product will be to sell.
Customers with dye stains on their carpets just need to know it’s available. This product is a floor care industry exclusive and sold openly to all vacuum cleaner shops, LINDHAUS dealers and non-dealers alike.
