Industry Products Hoover® launches new line of upright vacuums designed with quick, power cleaning in mind It just got a whole lot easier -- and more economical -- to get floors truly clean thanks to the introduction of the Hoover® WindTunnel T-Series™. The new family of upright vacuums from Hoover®, America's first name in floor care for more than 100 years, combines a sleek, lightweight design with superior cleaning power that is easy to use and at a practical price (between $99 and $159). "We heard the current frustrations of our consumers and developed the new T-Series to offer a high-quality clean at a lower, practical price-point currently absent in the market," said Brian Kirkendall, vice president of marketing at Hoover®. "We've always set the standard for clean on high, and this line includes our patented Hoover® WindTunnel Technology™ on all new T-Series™ models, so consumers are still getting high-performance cleaning and Hoover® power without a premium price." All Hoover® WindTunnel T-Series™ vacuums feature the patented WindTunnel Technology™ to contain the scatter with air passages that trap dirt and channel it into the dirt cup or bag, significantly minimizing blowback or scattering back onto the floor. While every model is lightweight, each offers full power for a deep-down clean and no loss of suction.[1] Hoover® conducted consumer research before developing the new WindTunnel T-Series™ to ensure that the new design addresses key concerns from their target consumer:
Available in fresh colors to compliment the home, the cutting edge, hi-tech vacuums include ingenious options -- such as a new pet hair removal system that really works and collapsible handles for small space storage. All models have specially-designed tools for cleaning tough-to-reach areas. Requiring minimal maintenance, each model contains a rinsable filter that can be easily cleaned under running water and a high-quality HEPA filter.
