Colman & Company.com offers new online reward program

Colman & Company, a leading distributor of embroidery supplies and accessories, is offering a new rewards program that allows customers to earn points that can be used to offset the costs of future purchases.

The new rewards program awards online customers one point for every dollar spent. For every 15 points, the customer receives $1 credit that can be used to purchase supplies and accessories on the Web site. It cannot be used toward taxes or shipping charges.

There is no registration necessary. Every Colman & Co. customer is automatically enrolled simply by making an online purchase. The company keeps track of points and customers can check on total points and their accumulated redemption value by simply logging into their account online. Anytime you make a purchase, you will be asked if you want to redeem your points for that order. If you click “yes,” the amount will be deducted from your invoice total. It doesn’t get any easier.

All points are based on the company’s electronic records. At any time a customer believes a purchase was not credited, simply call a customer service rep who will be happy to research and verify your account history. The company reserves the right to reverse a credit if a product has been cancelled, returned, or not delivered. Online coupon purchases will not be awarded credits, and points from multiple accounts cannot be combined.

All orders taken via the Web site at www.colmanandcompany.com are included in the rewards program. The Web site makes ordering fast and easy. All major credit cards are accepted and same-day shipping is available.
