Introducing the Arccivo™ The easy way to save designs!

ArccivoThe Arccivo has transformed to become a multi-use crafting portfolio. It can also be used to protect paper craft projects, jewelry designs, quilt designs, interior decorating designs, etc. The possibilities are endless!

Do your customers need a safe place to store their unfinished designs before the kids get home? Or a break from their project to rejuvenate those creative juices?

You can offer them that and more in the newest layout and design tool -- the Arccivo™. Designed with busy women and men in mind, the Arccivo allows users to work on an unfinished layout whenever they please, and walk away without worrying about ruining the incomplete design. No more lost layouts! No more lost inspiration!

The patent-pending Arccivo is a portfolio-shaped case that opens like a book and creates two work surfaces for crafting layouts and designs. Removable magnetic sheets cover and protect unfinished projects, locking loose paper, photos, embellishments, beads, cloth, etc. in place. Zipping the Arccivo shut protects the design and makes it easy to transport the in-progress projects safely and securely.

The Arccivo is the brainchild of three working mothers from North Carolina: Pam Hester, Deborah Mance, and Mary LaValley. Originally created to be a scrapbooking tool, the women noticed a need for such a product after attending scrapbooking conventions and workshops.

“We were learning new techniques and tricks, so our layouts were never mounted,” said Hester. “We would have to take the whole design apart and hope we could put it back together when we got home.”

Since then, the Arccivo has transformed to become a multi-use crafting portfolio. It can also be used to protect paper craft projects, jewelry designs, quilt designs, interior decorating designs, etc. The possibilities are endless!

With the Arccivo, it does not matter whether you are in the car, at a convention, at a friend’s house or sitting at the kitchen table -- you’re always ready to create at a moment’s notice. The Arccivo was produced in conjunction with a new Public Broadcasting System reality show, Everyday Edisons®, featuring inventors and the product development process. The three women presented their scrapbooking invention at an Everyday Edisons casting call and were selected as one of the 14 Season 1 finalists.
