Introducing the new fedex.com

The new fedex.com home page allows you to easily find and access the FedEx® services and tools most relevant to your needs. It is user-friendly, offers visibility, saves time and helps you ship smarter.

My FedEx now offers greater functionality and streamlined access to the tracking, billing and shipping services you need most. Right from My FedEx, you can view and sort shipment information by package title, tracking number, status, recipient and destination. You’re one step away from shipping, getting rates and transit times and finding a FedEx location. Easy-to-read maps and driving directions show you where to find the FedEx location.

With combined tracking capabilities, FedEx is increasing visibility on all FedEx packages you send. You can now also view up to 30 FedEx Signature Proof of Delivery letters all at the same time. Billing information is available to authorized users, providing an easy-to-read summary of your FedEx invoice information including total charges and open and past-due balances.

While the new FedEx home page helps save time, the VDTA/SDTA Freight Savings Plan helps you save money. VDTA/SDTA members can enjoy up to 24 percent savings on select FedEx Express® shipments and up to 20 percent on select FedEx Ground® shipments by joining the freight program. Enrollment is free and there are no minimum shipping quotas.
