Industry News Bona USA expands marketing staff Bona USA, the North American subsidiary of Bona AB in Sweden and a world leader in hardwood floor finishing and floor care, announced the appointment of Ilene LeBlanc as the new marketing manager to support Bona’s core and retail marketing initiatives. LeBlanc will be responsible for managing Bona’s marketing and advertising for the distribution channels in the United States and Canada. In her new role she will work with Bona’s director of marketing and product management, retail marketing manager and creative manager. “Bona’s success and growth in the past year has required us to reinforce our marketing department,” said Chad Nordhagen, director of marketing and product management. “Ilene’s industry experience will strengthen our core marketing and sales functions, while her technical experience will allow us to continue with innovative retail marketing initiatives.” LeBlanc comes to Bona with 15 years of marketing and management experience.
