Brother introduces the PE-750D Embroidery Machine

Brother International Corporation has introduced the PE-750D, its newest embroidery-only machine. The easy-to-use, affordable PE-750D is packed with features that automate tasks, expand design options and make home embroidery easy, fast and enjoyable for home sewers and crafters of all skill levels.

The PE-750D has a 5-inch x 7-inch (130mm x 180mm) embroidery field, which makes it easy to embellish clothing, embroider on quilts, create personalized gifts and so much more. It has substantial built-in design options -- 53 designs based on Disney and Disney•Pixar characters, 136 decorative designs, 10 frame shapes, 12 border styles and six lettering fonts -- as well as a card slot for access to thousands of optional designs in the entire Brother library of embroidery designs including all embroidery designs based on licensed characters. Optional embroidery design cards may be purchased separately.

Its automated functions will make the PE-750D especially attractive to busy sewers and crafters. An automatic needle threading system makes threading fast and easy. The PE-750D’s Quick-Set™ bobbin allows users to drop in a full bobbin, pull the thread tail through the slot and start sewing. The machine also has a timesaving thread cutter button that clips both top and bottom threads with a single touch, and it can embroider at the rate of 650 stitches per minute.

Other ease-enhancing features include the PE-750D’s back lit 1.6-inch x 3-inch LCD screen for managing all sewing and embroidery functions, bright LED work lights and the upper and lower bobbin sensing system, which signals embroiderers when the bobbin thread is about to run out.
