According to Dave Cox, President of TTS, “An important fact for customers to note is that both companies have over 20 years of experience in the retail business. This acquisition will allow both companies to share technology and draw upon that expertise developed over those years. Our AIMsi software has grown to encompass the needs of large retailers and multiple chain stores. PC/Poll Systems gives us an exceptional solution to the cash and carry retailer.” Laura Powers, Operations Manager of PC/Poll Systems, wants customers to, “feel assured they will receive the same level of support and service as they have come to know over the years from PC/Poll. All PC/Poll staff members are still involved in providing the support our users expect.” TTS and PC/Poll’s mission has been to offer targeted solutions for each market they enter. The best suggestions and development ideas have come from those using the software in a retail environment. Both companies plan to use this customer oriented philosophy and a strong work ethic to expand their product offerings.
