Canplas acquires assets of Hayden Industries, Inc.

Canplas Industries Ltd. has announced that they have acquired the business and certain assets of Hayden Industries Inc., formerly based in Brantford, Ontario.

Hayden, which was founded in 1972, supplies a full range of components for central vacuum systems, such as valves, fittings and other accessories.

Canplas Industries Ltd., headquartered in Barrie, Ontario, Canada was founded in 1966, and supplies a full range of injection molded products to the central vacuum, plumbing, and ventilation markets.

The Hayden business is complementary to Canplas’ own Vaculine Division, and the combined businesses will offer the widest range of central vacuum valves and fittings in its sector.
