Star Equipment & Supplies’ customer service department consists of eight customer service representatives and four outside sales personnel that dedicate themselves to making their customers their top priority. With the expansion of their customer service department coming up in the next few months they will be adding three fully trained and knowledgeable customer service representatives, and in the near future more outside sales representatives. These new additions highlight Star’s commitment to provide fast, friendly, and honest service to the dealer network.
One of Star’s biggest assets is their in-house artwork and production department. It has the capabilities to help them serve their customers with a wide selection of products and promotions. With a bi-monthly flyer consisting of 20 pages and numerous special equipment promotions mailed throughout the year, Star sets the standard for advertising throughout the industry.
