RNK Distributing
RNK Distributing was founded by Ricky and Kay Brooks almost 10 years ago. Ricky and Kay had been Sewing Machine Dealers for decades and had a specific mission in mind when founding the company. Offer Independent Retailers superior products, keep those products exclusively for the Independent Retailers and provide controlled distribution that would maximize their profit margins. In 2007 the company was purchased by Clifford Wallach and Family with the same mission statement. The Wallach's have taken RNK Distributing to new heights in the Sewing, Quilting, and Embroidery Industry adding hundreds of new products to the Floriani Product Line including the amazing Floriani Embroidery Software.

In addition, the Wallach's developed a partnership with Jenny and Simon Haskins and now distributes a complete line of products under the Jenny Haskins brand through RNK's Jenny Haskins Division managed by Paula Lampkin Bramwell. The Jenny Haskins Division like Floriani is dedicated to the Independent Retailers.

Both the Floriani and Jenny Haskins Product Lines are made up of many unique and exclusive products manufactured only by RNK Distributing and distributed exclusively by RNK.

By maintaining exclusive distribution of its products RNK can offer Independent Retailers an uncompromised profit margin. RNK enforces a strict MAP Agreement with its retailers for the protection of their profit margin. RNK does not sell to Mass Merchants, or large Chain Fabric Stores.

This is a company founded by two life-long Independent Sewing Machine Retailers, strictly for Independent Retailers.
