Household Technologies, Inc.

Household Technologies, Inc. is a new company formed by Mark Bosses and Martin Bosses who are the founders and former owners of Home Care Industries, Inc. Home Care is the world’s largest manufacturer of vacuum bags and filters and is the makers of the DVC brand, which is produced and sold exclusively to the independent vacuum dealer. Bosses, who was the keynote speaker in 1985 at the VDTA convention in New Orleans, has invented numerous products, many of which are still used in the industry today, including micro filtration bags and closure collars.

Household Technologies will be manufacturing a totally new and original upright vacuum cleaner incorporating exclusive cleaning technology. In forming their new venture, Bosses and Bosses bring together over 40 years experience. Their collective knowledge in the vacuum cleaner industry has led them to produce an exciting and completely unique upright vacuum cleaner custom tailored, exclusively for the high-end independent vacuum retailer. Their new vacuum cleaner will have many demonstrable features along with high margins for the dealer. The vacuum cleaner is scheduled to make its debut in the fall of 2006.
